Millcraft Construction and its partners are celebrating over 25 years in the building construction and maintenance services business. Millcraft Construction was created in March 1999, bringing partners together with over 45 years of experience in the building construction and woodworking industry. Prior to the formation of Millcraft, the partners worked together servicing all areas of commercial, industrial and residential building and renovations.

Millcraft is dedicated to providing excellence in quality trade practice by offering experienced skilled trade professionals to ensure a quality finished product. Millcraft Company Principals

Mark McGray ~ President

Mark has worked in commercial and residential construction as well as Window Manufacturing for over 30 years. He successfully carried out his journeyman carpenter apprenticeship with a local home builder prior to joining the Millcraft team. Mark then spent 5 years at Millcraft Systems as an industrial woodworker, three years in the capacity of Vice President. He then ventured out on his own and, operating MM Building Design Ltd., developed his knowledge of home renovations, custom building and general contracting becoming a master builder and highly skilled project manager. Since the formation of Millcraft Construction & Renovations Inc. in 1999 and the acquisition of Millcraft Systems Inc. Mark has been President and incorporated his sound marketing, administrative and building expertise into methodical development and growth of the business and client base.

Scott Robb ~ Vice President

Scott has a proven track record of residential, commercial building & renovations expertise for over 25 years. Scott apprenticed as a journeyman carpenter while working for a local construction company and then, after a short period as a carpenter with another builder he joined Mark. Scott then formed his own company Alpine Construction and continued to work together with Mark on projects as well as many of his own home renovations and custom building projects. When Millcraft Construction was formed, Scott utilized his carpentry expertise and project management skills on many complex construction projects. Scott became a partner in November 2001 and as Vice President he has used his knowledge and experience to manage many projects, encompassing mid-range renovations to major building projects. His keen eye to detail and unique ability to manage employees and trades has been key to the continued growth of Millcraft.

Norm Peck – Facilities Manager

Norm has managed maintenance and construction projects in the commercial and retail sectors for over 35 years. A large part of Norm’s experience involved the coordination of multiple trades under one roof, to drive the best outcome for the staff and customers who would be making use of the space. Norm’s construction management leadership has lived through the challenges of cascading changes to building codes, labour and safety regulations as well as the evolving expectations of customers and users. Not one to take short cuts, the workmanship displayed by Norm and his maintenance staff and contractors, can be seen in over twelve hundred locations across Canada. These sites are notable for having won awards from regional and international organizations for their advances in energy efficiency. As a highly regarded peer in the world of professional retail store maintenance, Norm is a trusted steward of both simple and complex projects.
